Shawn joined the United Mail team in 2005 and brought 25 years of mailing and finishing industry experience. Shawn's commitment to quality assurance and his experience with the International Organization for Standardization led to his recommendation that United Mail pursue certification under the ISO standard. Shawn's leadership in modular mailing and finishing concepts gives United Mail an extra advantage with efficiencies gained from streamlined manufacturing processes.

Courier Journal Article On December 16th, 2011 the Courier Journal posted an inaccurate article about United Mail. The title of the article was "JCPS admits test score mix-up". The attached letter from JCPS (our customer) tells the accurate story about the error in the ACT mailing. It is unfortunate that the media delivered inaccurate information and even mentioned United Mail in the article. »
